At the Franciscan Life Process Center, we want you to be the best version of yourself. Our caring environment has been thoughtfully created to foster your highest potential. We not only recognize you bring your whole self to work but celebrate the unique contributions and experiences you will add to our organization. Whether you are looking for tranquil rural escape or the bustling of city life, our two campuses offer unique settings where you can grow and thrive as a professional.
New and experienced mental health professionals alike will find themselves surrounded by individuals who are dedicated to serving clients, motivated by helping clients reach their full potential and supported by one another, leadership and the sisters.
We embrace all backgrounds while being guided and centered by the teachings of the Catholic Church. While you don’t have to be Catholic to work at FLPC, there is opportunity for those wishing to express their faith through their career to find a supportive environment where you can live your own personal ethics in a professional setting.
